Budapest 11 Notification of the modification of an industrial activity

The operator of an industrial activity shall immediately notify the notary in writing of any change in the data in the register following the granting of the site licence or the notification, except for changes in the industrial activity. The notary shall record the change of the data in the register. For activities subject to a site licence, the notary shall issue a site licence corresponding to the amended data simultaneously with withdrawing the previously issued site licence following the entry in the register. A change in the person entitled to use the site shall be notified by the new rightsholder providing proper proof of the change.
