DOMESTIC ABSENTEE VOTING FOR BY-ELECTION FOR LOCAL GOVERNMENT REPRESENTATIVES; BY-ELECTION FOR NATIONAL MINORITY REPRESENTATIVES; BY-ELECTION FOR NATIONAL PARLIAMENT MEMBERS; LOCAL REFERENDUM

Anyone listed in the electoral roll of a polling district for the by-election for Local Government Representatives, and whose residence and place of stay are within the same electoral district, may request to vote in the polling district corresponding to their place of stay instead of the one corresponding to their residence. If someone wishes to vote in a polling district other than the one corresponding to their address within a single-member constituency for the by-election for Members of Parliament, they may submit a request for a change of registration. Anyone who has a place of stay within the area affected by a Local Referendum, and whose place of stay is valid for at least as long as the day of voting, may request to vote in the polling district corresponding to their place of stay instead of the one corresponding to their residence, if they submit the request no later than 30 days before the referendum date and at the time their transfer request is being reviewed.
