Request for restoration of protection (patent/supplementary protection certificates/plant variety protection/utility model protection)

If the protection has terminated by reason of failing to pay annual fees, protection shall be restored at the request of the patentee (applicant/breeder). Restoration of protection may be requested within three months following the expiry of the grace period.
